Dunwoody Remodel

My client, Robin, found this gem of a house on a private lake in Duwoody. It was originally built in the late 70's and needed some updating. After a recent divorce, my client needed this home to accommodate her four children, two dogs and two cats. We remodeled the kitchen so that it was not only a place for her and her children to eat but while my client cooked dinner, the kids could do their homework. While this house originally had three full bathrooms, her teenage daughter would have to share one with two small boys so we added a bathroom to her daughters bedroom.
